At Tshirtown, we value our wholesale partnerships and are committed to providing an exceptional purchasing experience. Our comprehensive return policy is designed to offer clarity, fairness, and efficiency while maintaining the integrity of our wholesale operations.
Return Eligibility
- All return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of merchandise receipt.
- Products must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Defective merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by clear photographic evidence documenting the defect.
- Bulk orders (24+ units) are eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless items are proven defective.
- Custom-printed, personalized, or decorated products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of verifiable manufacturing defects.
- Seasonal or clearance items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Request Authorization: Contact our Wholesale Department at 111111111111111(后续需补充) to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Complete Documentation: Fill out the return form provided by your account representative, including order number, item details, and reason for return.
- Prepare the Return: Ensure that the original packing slip is included and that the RAN is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Ship Returns: Send authorized returns to our warehouse at: Tshirtown Returns, (后续需补充).
- Processing Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise and approval. Credit will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping & Handling
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect shipment.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
- Tshirtown is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit when customer-arranged shipping is used.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Size exchanges are processed at no additional charge; however, customers are responsible for return shipping.
- Color exchanges are subject to current inventory availability.
- Style exchanges may incur price adjustments based on the product’s current wholesale pricing.
- All exchanges are subject to the same condition requirements as returns.
Defective Merchandise
- If you receive a defective item, please provide clear photographic evidence when submitting your return request.
- Include detailed description of the defect location and nature to expedite processing.
- Defective merchandise will be replaced, repaired, or refunded at our discretion, with return shipping covered by Tshirtown.
- Minor variations in fabric, color, or size within standard industry tolerance specifications are not considered defects.
- Quality control inspection will be conducted on all items claimed as defective.
Wholesale-Specific Terms
- Minimum order quantities remain applicable for exchanges.
- If a return reduces the order below a volume discount threshold, the discount will be adjusted accordingly on the final invoice.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns on orders exceeding 100 units.
- For orders exceeding $1,000, returns exceeding 10% of the total order value may be subject to additional restocking fees of up to 20%.
- Partial returns of assorted product packages may affect special pricing and be subject to price adjustments.
- Warranty periods vary by product category and are detailed in product specification sheets.
Payment and Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Credit memo refunds will be applied to outstanding balances before any payment is issued.
- Processing time for credit card refunds is typically 5-7 business days after approval.
- Wire transfer refunds may take 7-10 business days to process.
Tshirtown reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or show evidence of use, wear, or improper storage. This policy applies exclusively to wholesale purchases and differs from our retail return policy.
